These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://theheritagekashmir.com and any purchase you make from The Heritage Kashmir (a brand of Pampore Saffron Farmers Producers Organization, J&K based in Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir, India). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We sell genuine Kashmir-origin saffron and dry fruits. Product images and weights are described as accurately as possible; natural produce may vary slightly in colour and appearance.
- We may update prices, products and offers at any time without prior notice.
Orders & payment
- Orders are prepaid and processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking).
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Authenticity & quality
We stand behind the authenticity of our saffron. Each eligible order ships with grade information and a batch reference. If a product does not match what was described, our refund policy applies.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to The Heritage Kashmirand may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
